I had a pretty good time during my city break! The location is fantastic and made it super easy to explore the area. The undercover parking was a big plus too, especially on those hot days. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed that helped me recharge after long days of sightseeing!
I got hit with a double charge, which left me feeling a bit frustrated. the lack of a separate shower made it tricky for anyone with mobility issues. Lastly, the noise from guests by the pool early in the morning was a bit of a letdown, as I was hoping for more sleep!

Only stayed 1 night, as we were in a hurry, but glad that chose this quiet and great hotel. Its service was friendly.

We stayed in a double room with king size bed. A microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators were nice. That hotel was in a great location, close to everything. Moreover, it was near to an adventure park, the centre of town and including advice of attractions to see.

Best Western offers a spotlessly clean and quiet stay, with spacious rooms that include useful amenities like a microwave and fridge. the undercover car park is convenient, and the lift makes access easy. I appreciated the second bed for my grandchild, and the wifi was excellent.
The bed was terrible. Paid too much.

Thank you for a REALLY GREAT stay. The hotel is incredibly friendly and great and in a favourable location close to everything. The rooms are spotless and neat, and are complete with a log size bed and sofa, for example. Fantastic service and the food is fantastic. They provide wake up service and ironing without charge too.

Marvellous location so close to Centre of Bendigo as well as outdoor areas, I felt safe. The most important was the staff - honest and nice people.

To be perfectly frank, very little.
Your Staff there are in serious need of a course in Public/Customer Relations but not Emma. The Reception Staff were rude and thoughtless The room was not serviced daily and the carpets were dirty. At the price we paid I would have thought that was mandatory, but instead, your Manager told us it was not the Motel's policy to vacuum the floors each day or to service the bathroom???!!! Whatever next??? We were not offered a baggage trolly, yet we were put into a room at the furthest end of the Motel. We were rudely told we just had to ask for one - hello!!! And finally there was insufficient dishwashing detergent provided for the dishwasher. We were told we just had to ask for that as well!! What DO you expect of your cleaners?? We are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED at this apalling level of customer service and we vow never to return.
